What we are
Feeding America aims to ensure everyone in America has enough food without worrying about affordability. They are part of a nationwide network of over 200 food banks and 60,000 meal programs, ensuring access without judgment or stigma. They advocate for policies to improve food security, work with lawmakers to expand access to food assistance programs, and partner with organizations to address the root causes of food insecurity, such as high living costs and lack of affordable housing. They believe that ending hunger goes beyond just food, focusing on addressing underlying causes to help people thrive.
